Girls Toys with longevity

I thought I’d share with you guys the toys that I’ve found to last the longest so far.  Eva has been bought so many toys since she was born but a couple have stood out and she’s played them with over and over again!  Here’s my top 4:

  1. Little Tikes Cozy Coupe car – Eva was given this for her 1st birthday and has played with it almost daily since!  In the early days she would sit inside and look out, this then turned into climbing in and out continuously and now she plays with it as a car!  Amazing value for a toy that can be used indoors or outdoors and will be played with for years and years!!
  2. Leapfrog Picnic Basket – another 1st birthday pressie which I’ve since bought for a few friends.  It’s a really versatile toy and handy for taking out and about as it’s fairly compact when everything is inside the basket.  Eva loved emptying and refilling it to start with, it has shape sorters and can be used for role play.  Another fab one that will last!
  3. Kitchen – Eva got her Early Learning Centre wooden kitchen for her 2nd Christmas.  All of the kids love it (boys and girls) – it’s played with loads and I can see it lasting for many more years to come.  I love the cottage design of Eva’s one and the kids love all of the doors and knobs etc.
  4. Finally, Books – you can never have enough books.  Both of our girls love story time and i think it’s  really important to read to them to help their development and because it means lots of bosies and quality time together!đź’•

  1. We just gsve our little girl a play kitchen today, for her first birthday, it has a phone hanging on the fridge, which is her favorite feature! She loves food and food play already, and we were thinking she would grow into it, so it’s great to see that the play kitchen is on this list!:)
